Q: Will the battery stop charging automatically below 32 degrees farenheit
A:" Dear Customer, Timeusb 12V 200Ah LifePo4 lithium batteries do not have low-temperature protection function now. So it could not stop charging automatically below 32 degrees farenheit. Our batteries can be used well below 32 degrees farenheit (can be normally discharged), but we don’t suggest charging the battery below 0°C. It is like most kinds of the battery in the market now: Operating Temperature: Charge: 0°C to 50°C; Discharge: -20°C to 60°C. If customers need to charge the batteries when the temperature is below 32 degrees farenheit, they will take the battery into the house (where the temperature is above 0°C/ 32 degrees farenheit). Q: What kind of battery charger should I use for it?
A:"Dear Customer, Regarding the charger, we recommend battery charger that supports lithium iron phosphate battery charging. And to fully charge the battery, the DC charging voltage should be between 14.2V~14.6V, and charging current less than 100A (for one of 12V 200Ah LiFePO4 battery). And we usually recommend 0.2C charging current, that is 40A charging current and it will cost around 5hrs to fully charged it."
Q: What is the warranty procedure in case of problems ?

The warranty is in effect from the date of purchase by the user. Please read the product user manual carefully before installing and using the battery, and please use the battery correctly under the instructions of the unser manual. We’ll assist to analyze consumer’s problem within 24 hours during working days, and we will help to solve problem, restore battery usage, and introduce the optimal use method for the battery. 2. Q: Can i parallel two 100s and two 200s together, bms compatible?
A:"Dear Customer, One Timeusb 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery built-in 100A BMS, which could support 100A max. continuous charge/discharge current, 1280W max. continuous load power, and has max.1280Wh energy. While one Timeusb 12V 200Ah LiFePO4 battery built-in 100A BMS, which could support 100A max. continuous charge/discharge current, 1280W max. continuous load power, and has max. 2560Wh energy. We don't suggest connect batteries with different capacity, here are 2 main reasons are as below: 1. After parallel connection of batteries with different capacities, the current of 200ah is twice as large as that of 100Ah when charging/discharging at the same time. 2. The internal resistance of 200Ah battery and 100Ah battery is different. When the batteries with different impedance are connected in parallel, it is possible to damage BMS after long-term use. Q: Can these batteries be used with a load on them and charging at the same time?

Q: Bms why is 200ah show 100a bms, the same as the 100ah
A:"Dear customer, The Max. continuous charge/discharge current and the Max. load power of LiFePO4 battery depends on built-in BMS. 200Ah battery and 100Ah battery have the same BMS of 100A，Max. 1280W continuous load power, but the capacity of 200Ah battery is twice as large as 100Ah battery. So, the energy of 200Ah battery is 2560Wh, while 100Ah battery is 1280Wh. It means under the same load power, 200Ah battery can work twice longer than 100Ah battery."
Q: Can this power a 500 watt heater all night for 8 hours ?

Q: can I put two of these in series for a 24v system or will the internal BMS cause issues w this?
A:"Dear Customer, Yes, you can series 2 of 12.8V 200Ah batteries together to build a 24V 200Ah battery system. A kind reminder for you: There are 2 necessary steps before connecting batteries together. These two steps are necessary in order to reduce the voltage difference between batteries, and through these, the battery system can perform the best of it in series or/ and in parallel. Step① fully charge your batteries separately. Step② connect your batteries one by one in parallel and leave them together for 12~24hrs. Q: What is the difference between the pro and the standard 200 amp hour battery.
